Survey on the leadership and organization of the implementation of Resolution No. 4 of the Central Committee, Conclusion No. 21 on Party building and rectification and the political system for the period 2020 - 2024 for the Party Cell of the Economic Zone Management Board

On October 25, 2024, the Survey Team (according to Decision No. 3114-QD/BTCTU, dated September 26, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board) conducted a survey on the leadership and organization of the implementation of Resolution No. 4 of the Central Committee, Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW on Party building and rectification and the political system in the period of 2020 - 2024 for the Economic Zone Management Board Party Cell, led by Mr. Le Quoc Gam, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board. Mr. Pham Thanh Binh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Deputy Head of the Economic Zone Management Board and members of the Party Cell Party Cell received and worked with the Delegation.
Through the working session, the Delegation highly appreciated the results that the Economic Zone Management Board Party Committee has led to implement in the period of 2020-2024.
Accordingly, the leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee, Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW were led with high political determination throughout the Party Cell; the training, striving and implementation of the plan on preserving moral qualities and lifestyle, without signs of degradation, "self-evolution", "self-transformation" of cadres and party members; promote the role of leaders in implementing the Resolution and Conclusion, especially developing a Plan to overcome shortcomings, limitations, and shortcomings and developing an annual plan for self-cultivation, training, and striving according to Official Dispatch No. 838-CV/TU, dated December 31, 2021 and Official Dispatch No. 2268-CV/TU, dated February 19, 2024 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; leading 100% of Party members and the masses to develop a commitment and plan for self-cultivation, training, and striving; at the same time, implementing inspection and supervision of the implementation of the commitment to self-cultivation, training, and striving to preserve moral qualities and lifestyle; there are no signs of degradation, "self-evolution", "self-transformation".
The Party Committee has paid attention to innovating the content and form to improve the quality of Party cell activities, especially thematic activities, in which it issued Plan No. 23-KH/CB dated March 31, 2022 to implement the model of "Telling stories about Uncle Ho and collecting Uncle Ho's teachings to learn and follow in Party cell activities" for the period 2021-2025 to improve the quality of Party cell activities

The work of taking a vote of confidence for Party leaders and management leaders is carried out in accordance with Plan No. 107-KH/TU dated April 10, 2023 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; attention is paid to implementing administrative reform well, the evaluation of Party members, civil servants, public employees and personnel work is carried out in accordance with the process. The work of verifying and controlling assets and income is well coordinated. The work of inspection and supervision on corruption prevention and control, especially in personnel work, is of interest; there is positivity, proactiveness and determination in leadership, direction and organization of implementation. Promoting the role of mass organizations in supervising the implementation of internal rules and regulations of the agency.
The implementation of Central Resolution 4, Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW in conjunction with the implementation of Conclusion 01-KL/TW contributes to the effective implementation of administrative reform and the successful completion of the agency's political tasks./.
