1. Office of Long An Economic Zone Authority (LAEZA)

Function

2. Department of Planning and Investment Management

Function

To advise the Head of LAEZA on the state management of overall planning and investment development, investment and post-investment activities for enterprises in industrial zones and economic zones. in the province; To formulate work programs and plans and implement plans on investment promotion; To report on the situation of construction and development of industrial parks and economic zones, monthly, quarterly, special and unscheduled reports as required; To monitor, urge and evaluate the implementation of work plans, programs, themes and conclusions of leaders of LAEZA.

3. Department of Enterprise and Labor Management

Function

To advise and assist the head of LAEZA in performing the State management over production, business, import, export and labor activities; Assisting enterprises in human resources in industrial parks and economic zones under the jurisdiction of LAEZA.

Tasks and powers

a / To systematize legal documents related to the function of the sections and organize the implementation thereof according to regulations.

b / To guide enterprises in implementing the contents to be implemented after being granted the investment registration certificates and observing the regulations on commercial, import and export activities and on the order of dispute settlement. import-export tax, domestic and foreign trade.

c / To monitor, manage, guide and urge enterprises to make periodical reports on the results of their production and business activities; To report on the situation of production and business activities of enterprises and their operation (trade, export and import, number of enterprises being suspended, collection, import-export turnover, taxes and state budget remittances.

- Receive notice on the dismissal of many workers, report on the sublease of labor, the results of training and upgrading skills, annual skills of enterprises in industrial zones economics under the authority of the provincial People's Committee.

- Receive and process dossiers for registration of laborers' labor reception contracts in industrial parks or economic zones, activities of sending laborers to work abroad in the form of advanced practice Qualified under the authorization of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

- Receipt of declaration of labor use, report on changes in labor; To receive notice on the organization of overtime work from 200 hours to 300 hours per year of enterprises in industrial parks and economic zones under the authorization of the provincial / municipal Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Services.

4. Department of Management of construction planning and resources

1. Functions

- Guiding, accepting and advising on the settlement of administrative procedures according to the delegation or authorization as prescribed in the field of construction and quality management of construction works.

c / To advise and assist the head of LAEZA in implementing a number of contents:

- Assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with functional agencies and local administrations in, elaborating the general planning on local construction of economic zones and draft documents of the provincial People's Committees, then report them to the Ministry of Construction for submission to the Prime Minister. 5. The Management Board of Binh Hiep International Border Gate

Function
